General:
This
product is made from glass fibers 0.2~6¦Ìm in diameter by wet
process. It is characterized by light weight, low thermal
conductivity, good flexibility, innocuity, noncombustibility,
imputrescibility, aging resistance, stable chemical property and no
contamination. This product is soft in texture, good at hand feel,
easy to cut and for construction, applicable to the area with space
restrictions and higher visual appearance requirement. It proves to
be a kind of new high-grade material ideal for thermal insulation
and sound absorption. The product is mainly used as the core of
vacuum insulated panels.

Applications:
I.
Thermal insulation for appliances: civil and industrial
refrigerators and freezers, air conditioners, water heaters,
shipping containers, drying machines, thermostats, heating ovens,
roasters and etc.
II.
Thermal insulation for equipments: ovens, solar heaters, water
heaters; fixed air conditioning units, large refrigerators,
equipments for foodstuff refrigeration or cold storage,
low-temperature devices; large containers and other storage
equipments which require high or low temperature.
III.
Heat insulation and sound absorption for traffic/transportation
tools: motorcycles, cars, trains, ships, airplanes and etc.

Application
This standard stipulates the code, category, specification, technical
requirements, test method, inspection rules, marking, packing,
transportation and storage of glass fiber paper for thermal
insulation.
This standard is
applicable to the special-type glass fiber paper made of glass fiber
wool in the wet forming process.

Requirements
4.1 Visual Appearance
Special-type glass
fiber paper shall be smooth and even in appearance, uniform and
consistent in color, free from such defects as puncture, rupture,
broken corner and foreign matter.
4.2 Specifications
4.2.1 The size and the tolerance shall conform to relevant
requirements agreed upon by the user and the Company.
4.2.2 If not specified by the user, the size and the tolerance shall
conform to the specifications below.

conditioner, gas turbine and air compressor.
Fiberglass Air Filter Paper HEPA: Mainly used for 104 grade~105
grade clean room, operation platform, nuclear power plant,
high-grade household dust collector, air cleaner and gas mask etc.
Fiberglass Air Filter Paper ULPA: Mainly used for chip
plant,100grade, 10grade, 1grade clean room etc.

Application:
The product can be used to filter out solid impurities in oil or
water and collect dust and aerosol particles in atmosphere. It has
found wide applications in the filtration of high-grade aviation
oil, hydraulic oil for servo system of hydraulic drives in marines
and heavy-duty machineries, flooding water for oil fields, water for
nuclear power stations and compressed air from compressors, etc.
Packing:
Supplied
in rolls wrapped with plastic film and contained in cartons. Special
specifications are available in rolls upon agreement.
